BASIC RATES
* Basic House Call or Service Call... $24.95 minimum.
*
Basic Computer Service.................. $45.00 per hour
(Hourly rate may vary for other services)
RATES - Basic Computer Service is $45/hour but we also offer support over the telephone or by Email at reduced rates of $30/hour. We also have some Expert services that are $50/hour. Refer the specific service you require for more precise rates.

If you cannot be present for your appointment please notify our office by telephone AND.. if at all possible, leave a note in a conspicuous location as a courtesy to the serviceman. If you follow these guidelines you can avoid being billed for a cancelled service call. Thank you.
The Basic House Call or Service Call fee applies to the time of our mutually agreed upon appointment period. If the customer is not at home at the time of appointment, the serviceman will wait about 10 minutes for the customer to arrive or answer the door. At our discretion, the customer may be required to pay for the service call if it was not properly cancelled as described above.

Don't worry -- Our prices are very reasonable!
In general, payments are due upon
completion of services. For our local customers where ON-SITE
services are rendered or when you pick up your item at our location, we accept payment by Cash,
Money Order or Personal check. See credit card policy below.

PayPal & Credit Card Payments...
Sorry, we are not currently
accepting Credit Cards for on-site services or when you pick up your item
at our location. However, for certain other services, we accept Credit Card payments through PayPal. If making payment
via PayPal, you have the option of paying online using your PayPal Account
Funds or your Visa/Discover/MasterCard credit cards.

BILLING POLICY
A late fee of $5.00 will be added to
your current invoice for any invoices that are 30 days past due,
reference to the date of invoice.
Late charges will continue to accrue until past due balances are paid in
full.
BOUNCED CHECK POLICY
A check returned to us due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a $5 processing fee plus the fee assessed by our bank (currently $10 per bounced check). The total bounced check fee is $15.
All payments after such an occurrence must be made by certified bank check, money order or cash.
