About Our Computer Services

HIGH TECH HANDYMAN offers you prompt, friendly service at your home or office. We have an excellent track record for being on time, for our appointments so you won't be kept waiting. 

You may also arrange to drop off your computer for repair at our location which saves you money and may speed up the progress of your job.  Directions to our Location!

RATES - Basic computer service is $45/hour but we also offer support over the telephone or by Email at reduced rates of $30/hour. We also have some Expert services that are $50/hour. Refer the specific service you require for more precise rates. 

Although we service most computer brands and we do not service APPLE/MAC computers.

High Tech Handyman is not full service repair shop, so we don't repair or replace motherboards. The good news is that most computer problems are software related or can be easily solved by changing out a bad power supply, bad hard drive or bad memory without getting deeply involved with motherboard repairs or replacement.  Remote assistance is for Windows XP users only. It allows us to remotely connect to your PC and control it as if we were at your location. We can talk on the phone or microphone while you sit back and listen or just watch as we control your mouse and keyboard. This makes it real easy to show you things.

Such things as hours labor expended Vs actual lines of code produced and time spent debugging the code are all taken into consideration and can affect the final cost to the customer. Customer satisfaction and providing an affordable solution is our main goal.

In many cases we may already have "canned" solutions already on the shelf that could be slightly modified to accommodate your specific needs. This would tend to drastically reduce the cost of what you might have anticipated the cost to be by simply judging costs per our hourly rate.
